I'm Rodna Ntabeni
I'm a leadership development consultant, international speaker, and the founder of The Influential Woman.
For over a decade I have worked with professional women navigating the gap between where they are and where they know they're capable of going. The ambition is there. The ability is there. But the confidence, the clarity, and the community - those are the things that get left out.
